El trabajo forma parte del proyecto de investigación “Las afecciones narcisistas no psicóticas”. Continuando con el objetivo general de la investigación, que es el estudio de la constitucion de la estructura en las neurosis graves, haré una puntuación en relación a los conceptos de carácter y cicatriz en Freud y en Lacan intentando ubicar la diferencia con el síntoma. El recorte clínico se incluye a propósito de la relación entre la constitución del cuerpo en tanto permite o no el lazo con los objetos, es decir, poner en funcionamiento el circuito deseante. Dificultad intrínseca a los casos que transitan sin que pueda armarse un síntoma analítico. El interés para el estudio de estos conceptos reside en la dificultad de estos casos en la dirección de la cura debido al déficit en la constitución del cuerpo. Trabajamos desde el “Proyecto de psicología” para situar la primera experiencia subjetiva, producto del juicio y del reconocimiento del propio cuerpo por un señuelo (a partir de una imagen). La alteración del yo y el carácter como modos de defensa se vinculan al de cicatriz; ya no sólo respecto del edipo, sino al concepto de inconciente. THE DIMENSION OF A BODY This paper is a part of the research project “The non psychotic narcissistic affections”. Continuing with the general objective of the research, which is the study of the constitution of the structure in serious neuroses. I will point towards the concepts of character and scar in Freud and Lacan trying to place the difference with the symptom. The clinical frame is included connected to the relation between the constitution of the body insofar it allows or not the bond with the objects, that is to set in motion the desiring circuit. This implies a difficulty intrinsic to the cases where the analytic symptom cannot be built. The interest to study these concepts lies on these cases difficulty towards a cure due to the lack in the constitution of the body. We work from the “Psychology project” to place the first subjective experience, a product of the judgment and recognition of one’s own body by means of a decoy (from an image). The alteration of the ego and the character as forms of defense are related to the one of the scar, not only connected to the Oedipus, but also to the concept of the inconscient.
