Freud postuló la dificultad de aplicar el psicoanálisis en la psicosis debido a la imposibilidad de investir libidinalmente un objeto, es decir la práctica de la transferencia como método terapéutico en la clínica. Sin embargo, propuso pensar la misma para el caso del Presidente Schreber y su relación el Dr. Fleshsig abriendo así una puerta a la investigación. Lacan propuso un tratamiento posible para la psicosis a partir de la propuesta de la forclusión del Nombre del Padre, sus efectos y la posibilidad de abordar clínicamente esta estructura en una relación posible con la psicosis. Freud enunció el principio de abstinencia y su función de soporte de la transferencia para la neurosis. Lacan propuso el sujeto supuesto al saber como pivote de la transferencia para la neurosis. Creemos que en esa relación al saber, y a la abstinencia, radica una de las claves para introducirse en la dinámica de la transferencia en ambas estructuras. Palabras clave Psicosis, Abstinencia, Tratamiento, Transferencia Abstract THE PRINCIPLE OF ABSTINENCE IN PSYCHOSIS Freud postulated the difficulty of applying psychoanalysis on psychosis due to the inability to invest libidinally an object, the practice of transfer as a therapeutic in the clinic. However, suggested thinking the same for the case of President Schreber and its relationship Dr. Fleshsig opening a door to research. Lacan proposed a possible treatment for psychosis from the proposal of the foreclosure of the Name of the Father, its effects and the possibility of treating clinically this structure in a possible relationship with psychosis. Freud enunciated the principle of abstinence and support function for neurosis transfer. Lacan proposed the “subject supposed to know” like a pivot transfer for neurosis.We believe that in these relation to “knowledge”, and to the “abstinence” appears one of the keys to enter the transfer dynamics in both structures.
