Según el enfoque planteado por Petit (2011) el tránsito y la seguridad son un sistema compuesto por cuatro componentes: tránsito, norma de tránsito, seguridad vial y contexto. En referencia al cumplimiento de la norma de tránsito se tomará el concepto de legitimidad (Oceja, Fernández Dols, González, Jiménez y Berenguer, 2001) siendo el juicio que cada individuo lleva a cabo a través de sus sistemas de valores. La muestra estuvo integrada por 150 alumnos de autoescuela de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, de entre 17 y 63 años, que no poseen licencia para conducir. Los resultados permiten inferir que los alumnos de autoescuela cumplen la norma de tránsito si también lo hacen los otros peatones, así también, la buena la valoración que realizan los alumnos de autoescuela hacia las multas de tránsito como buena medida para prevenir la siniestralidad y posibilitar el cumplimiento de la normativa de tránsito por parte de los conductores y peatones y valoración hacia la norma/ código de tránsito como positiva en la regulación del tránsito no se asocia a la realización de un mayor o menor cumplimiento de la norma de tránsito. Palabras clave Alumnos de autoescuela, Norma, Tránsito, Seguridad vial Abstract NORM OF TRAFFIC AND NORMATIVE BEHAVIOR IN PEDESTRIANS PUPILS OF AUTOSCHOOLS According to the approach raised by Petit (2011) the traffic and the safety are a system composed by four components: traffic, norm of traffic, road safety and context. In reference to the fulfillment of the norm of traffic the concept of legitimacy will take (Oceja, Fernández Dols, González, Jiménez & Berenguer, 2001) being the judgment that every individual carries out across his systems of values. The sample was integrated by 150 pupils of autoschool of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, of between 17 and 63 years, which do not possess license to drive.The results allow to infer that the pupils of autoschool fulfill the norm of traffic if also other pedestrians do it, this way also, the good one the valuation that the pupils of autoschool realize towards the fines of traffic as good measure to prepare the siniestralidad and to make possible the fulfillment of the regulation of traffic on the part of the drivers and pedestrians and valuation towards the norm / code of traffic since positive in the regulation of the traffic does not associate to the accomplishment of a major or minor fulfillment of the norm of traffic.
