En el trabajo se presenta el análisis hecho en relación a la posición de los perpetradores de crímenes de lesa humanidad al momento de confesar sus delitos, tanto en contextos extrajudiciales, como judiciales. Los contextos extrajudiciales que se han analizado son el dispositivo de la confesión en el credo cristiano, el dispositivo de escucha analítico y el dispositivo masmediático para la toma de testimonios. Así mismo, se han analizado las implicancias para el dispositivo jurídico, de las confesiones obtenidas en dichos ámbitos. THE STATEMENTS OF OFFICIALS OF STATE TERRORISM The paper presents the analysis done in relation to the position of the perpetrators of crimes against humanity when they confess their crimes, in judicial and extrajudicial contexts. Extrajudicial contexts that have been analyzed are the device’s confession in the Christian creed, analytical listening device and the masmediatic device for the taking of testimony. Likewise, we have analyzed the implications for the legal system, of the confessions obtained in these fields. For this, we have analyzed the testimonies given by Adolfo Scilingo in Horacio Verbitzky´s book “The flight”, and by Jorge Rafael Videla in Ceferino Reato´s book “Final Disposal”.
