El acceso a la justicia de las mujeres víctimas de violencia es un proceso complejo y dificultoso por el que deben transitar, sin importar su condición social, pero que se intensifica de manera notable cuando la mujer pertenece a las clases sociales más desposeídas. Diversos factores intervienen para configurar esta situación que pueden agruparse en distintas dimensiones a saber: la socioinstitucional, la condición de vulnerabilidad de las mujeres, las estructuras judiciales, las representaciones sociales sobre el tema de integrantes del poder judicial, entre otras. Se presentan resultados parciales de una investigación en curso, en la que se han entrevistado a funcionarios judiciales de distintos rangos, como así también a integrantes del cuerpo técnico profesional de la justicia y a operadores profesionales del Centro de Atención a Víctimas de Delitos y al Programa Mujer y Comunidad. Se analizan las entrevistas efectuadas a doce funcionarios judiciales pertenecientes al fuero penal de la Primera Circunscripción Judicial, focalizadas en las representaciones sociales de los mismos acerca de las mujeres que sufren violencia y en su percepción acerca de las fortalezas y debilidades del Poder Judicial de la ciudad de San Luis. Palabras clave Violencia, Víctimas, Justicia, Derechos Humanos Abstract ACCESS TO JUSTICE CRIMINAL OF WOMEN VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE IN THE CITY OF SAN LUIS Access to justice for women victims of violence is a complex and difficult process that must go, regardless of their social status, but it intensifies greatly when the woman belongs to the most deprived social classes.Various factors involved to set up this situation which can be grouped in different dimensions to know: the institutional, the condition of vulnerability of women, legal structures and social representations on the issue of members of the judiciary, among others. Partial results of an investigation are underway, which will have interviewed bailiffs of different ranges, as well as members of the professional technical body of Justice and professional operators of the center of attention to victims of crime and to women program and community. Carried out interviews are analyzed to twelve judicial officers belonging to the criminal jurisdiction of the first judicial district, focused on social representations of the same about women who suffer from violence and their perception about the strengths and weaknesses of the Judicial power of the city of San Luis.
