En el marco del proyecto de investigación “Cuestiones éticas de la Psicología en el ámbito jurídico y otros contextos institucionales. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo en base a una investigación cualicuantitativa” intentaremos reflexionar acerca de ciertos dilemas que se presentan en la práctica clínica actual con niños. Abordaremos algunas particularidades de la subjetividad de la época, de los vínculos y sus implicancias a la hora de pensar nuestra clínica. No solo nos detendremos en el modo de concebir al niño sino también a los padres ya que se encuentran implicados en nuestra tarea. Será en este contexto en el que reflexionaremos sobre la función del psicólogo allí donde debe tomar posición pensando en una noción de responsabilidad profesional compuesta por dos dimensiones: dimensión clínica y campo normativo. Palabras clave Niños, Padres, Responsabilidad profesional, Ética Abstract THE SUBJECTIVITY OF THE EPOCH: ETHICAL DILEMMAS IN THE CLINICAL PRACTICE WITH CHILDREN In the frame of the project of investigation “Ethical issues of Psychology in the legal scope and other institutional contexts. Descriptive exploratory study on the basis of a cuali-quantitative investigation” we will try to think about the dilemmas that the clinical practice with children presents. We will approach some particularities of the subjectivity of the epoch, the realtionships and the implications at the moment of thinking our clinic. We will detain in the way of conceiving the child and also in the way to conceiving the parents just because they are involved in our task. In this context we will think about our function there where we must take position thinking about a notion of professional responsibility composed by two dimensions: clinical dimension and normative field.
