Este trabajo se propone presentar la investigación titulada: “Las violencias contra las mujeres: Los discursos en juego y el acceso a la justicia”, desarrollada en el marco del Programa de Incentivos de la UNLP. Para ello daremos cuenta de la perspectiva de género que subyace a la misma, a partir, principalmente, de los desarrollos de A. M. Fernández. Tomamos como central la idea de esta autora, referida a que se ha trabajado sobre la noción de género, pero sin articularla a otro tipo de desigualaciones, siendo necesario abordar las mismas para poder pensar la diversidad dentro de la temática de la violencia contra la mujer. Consideramos que es el propio momento históricosocial el que nos demanda trabajar desde y con la diversidad sexual. Una de las cuestiones que nos proponemos desarrollar, es pensar la diversidad al interior mismo de la categoría mujer,en tanto como dice la autora nombrada, lo que se ha universalizado, violenta lo diverso y a su vez es una nueva forma de seguir desigualando. Analizaremos los términos de multiplicidad y diversidad aportado por Deleuze, en tanto permiten pensar una nueva lógica en relación a lo diverso. Intentaremos interrogar como los diferentes atravesamientos producen subjetividades y desigualdades. Palabras clave Diversidad, Género, Violencia, Multiplicidad Abstract VIOLENCE: THE FOLDS OF THE DIVERSE This work aims at presenting the research study entitled: “The violence against women: the speeches in game and access to justice”, developed in the framework of the Incentive Program of UNLP. For this will give you an account of the gender perspective which underlies it, mainly from of the developments of A. M. Fernandez. We as the central idea of this author, referring to that has worked on the notion of gender, but not articulate it to another type of desigualaciones, being necessary to address the same to be able to think about the diversity within the topic of violence against women. We believe that it is the own historic moment-the social demand that we work from and with the sexual diversity. One of the issues that we intend to develop, is to think about the diversity within the same category of the women, in both as the author says appointed, which has been universalized, violent as diverse and at the same time, it’s a new way to continue desigualando. We will analyze the terms of multiplicity and diversity provided by Deleuze in both let you think about a new logic in relation to what is different.
