En el presente trabajo nos proponemos dar cuenta del abordaje específicamente psicoanalítico de un caso de “TGD” (Trastorno generalizado del desarrollo), considerando que dicha especificidad reside en una toma de posición ética que supone el alojamiento y despliegue de la singularidad del sujeto. Para ello, presentaremos el inicio de una cura de un niño de 9 años que realiza su tratamiento en un Centro Educativo Terapéutico con terapias de apoyo en Psicología y Fonoaudiología, destacando cómo la ética psicoanalítica que determina la dirección de la cura puede trascender el tratamiento psicológico en sí y verse implicada en el conjunto del tratamiento del paciente. Palabras clave TGD, Psicoanálisis, Tratamiento, Ética Abstract ABOUT A SINGULARIZED “PDD” The current work is proposed to study the specific psychoanalytic approach of a “PDD” (Pervasive Developmental Disorder) case, considering that specificity lies in an ethical position that means the accommodation and deployment of the subject’s singularity. For this purpose, we’ll introduce the beginning of the cure of a 9 years old child that makes his treatment in a Therapeutic Educational Center with supportive therapies in Psychology and Phonoaudiology, highlighting how the psychoanalytic ethics that determines the cure direction can transcend the psychological treatment itself and be involved in the overall treatment of the pacient.
