En el presente trabajo nos proponemos abordar el fin del tratamiento psicoanalítico en un hospital público, entendiendo “fin” en dos acepciones: los fines del tratamiento, es decir, aquello que orienta el tratamiento desde su comienzo; y su final, su finalización. Para ello intentaremos dar cuenta del recorrido de una cura en un Centro de Salud Mental de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, abordando el caso desde la perspectiva del fin del tratamiento psicoanalítico en una institución pública. Palabras clave Tratamiento, Psicoanalítico, Fin, Hospital Abstract ABOUT THE END AND THE AIM OF A PSYCHOANLITYC TREATMENT IN A PUBLIC HOSPITAL The current work is proposed to approach the end and the aim of the psychoanalytic treatment in a public hospital, understanding “end/aim” in two meanings: the aims of the treatment, that is, that which guides the treatment since it beginning, and its end, its completion. For this purpose we will try to account for the itinerary of a cure in a Mental Health Center of Buenos Aires City, covering the case from the perspective of the aim of the psychoanalytic treatment in a public institution.
