El imperio de la ciencia y de la técnica articulado al capitalismo en nuestra época, homologan el saber del experto a la verdad, deslizando su impronta en el reciente campo de la biopolítica . Esta hermandad entre saber y verdad encarna las formas del poder actual que comandan las políticas públicas y finamente capilarizan las prácticas y sus actores. Pues bien en este contexto, se solicita mi participación para integrar el comité de ética que trabajará con la ley nacional 26.130, que regula las intervenciones de contracepción quirúrgica (¨ligadura de trompas o vasectomía¨) La pregunta que surge es cual es la función de un psicoanalista en un “comité de ética”? Para acercarnos a una respuesta, en el presente trabajo se intentará tensionar y vislumbrar las concepciones de ética y sujeto operantes en estos distintos campos con el propósito de responder a esta pregunta y dilucidar los efectos derivados de su anudamiento con la responsabilidad.
