Las elecciones y los actos se encuentran presentes desde el inicio hasta el final de un análisis. Son momentos en los que está implicada la decisión del sujeto. La cura analítica confronta nuevamente al sujeto con el tener que elegir: en un primer momento, el acto de decidirse a entrar a un análisis; Luego la decisión de permanecer y dar una vuelta más y, al final, el acto de decidir la salida, discernir el punto en el cual se ha agotado para el sujeto lo que del inconsciente puede esperar aún del Otro y aceptar despedirse del análisis y de su analista. Comprobamos en nuestra investigación que en casi todas las demandas el paciente manifiesta que aquello que lo lleva a consultar se relaciona con algo del orden de una elección o de una decisión a tomar y, ante esta opción, la respuesta es: un síntoma, una inhibición o angustia y, en pocas ocasiones, un acto. Intentaremos discernir: ¿A qué llamamos elección? ¿Elección es lo mismo que decisión? ¿Cómo pensar la responsabilidad del sujeto con la noción de acto? ¿Cuál es la relación con el azar y el destino? The elections and the actions are present since the beginning until the end of an analysis. These are moments in which the decision of the subject is involved. The analytical cure confronts the subject, again, with having to choose: in the first moment, the act of deciding to enter to an analysis, then, the decision to remain and give one more return and, at last, the act of deciding the exit, discerning the point in which there has become exhausted for the subject what of the unconscious can expect still from the Other and agree to say goodbye to the analysis and of his analyst. We notice in our investigation that, in almost all the demands, the patient demonstrates what leads him to consulting is related to something of the order of an election or of a decision to take and, after this option, the answer is: a symptom, inhibition or with distress and, in few occasions, an act. We will try to discern: What do we call election? Is election the same thing that decision? How to think the responsibility of the subject with the notion of act?
