El presente trabajo parte de ubicar algunas de las distintas dimensiones que alcanza el concepto de rasgo unario en la obra de J. Lacan. Específicamente, se trata de resaltar una función del rasgo, en tanto la estructura elemental del significante- en la operación constituyente del sujeto, tal como queda planteado en el Seminario 9. Y, desde esta perspectiva, poner en consideración la posibilidad de una operatoria basada en esta función del rasgo unario, como recurso simbólico, no discursivo, fundado en la esencia y el soporte del campo significante, para ciertos casos que presenta la clínica contemporánea, de sujetos que se realizan cortes en el cuerpo. Lacan`s work. Specifically, it highlights the stroke function, as the elemental signifier structure- in the subject`s constitution operation, developed in the 9th Seminary. From this perspective, it considers the possibility of an operation based on the unary stroke, as a symbolic resource, non discursive, founded on the essence of the signifier, for specific cases, in which the contemporary clinic shows subjects inflicting body cuts.
