Dada la importancia del análisis histórico para desnaturalizar propuestas teóricas y prácticas derivadas, este trabajo indaga antecedentes de la psicología educacional a partir del método comparativo (Ariés), el relevamiento de fuentes primarias y el análisis bibliométrico. Se comparan dos períodos históricos en Argentina: 1900-30 y 1995- actualidad, con el corpus integrado por publicaciones específicas: El Monitor de la Educación Común y Noveduc. El objeto principal consiste en analizar las categorías: criminalidad y violencias escolares, considerando sus abordajes teóricos y las políticas educativas consecuentes. De dicho análisis surge que en el primer período se piensa en la criminalidad como un fenómeno probable y futuro, de débil presencia en el discurso educativo. Se lo aborda desde la eugenesia, la antropometría, la teoría de la degeneración y la criminología positiva. Hoy se trabaja con el concepto de violencias escolares, las cuales se imponen signadas por el tiempo de la urgencia, siendo además una problemática de importante presencia en el mentado discurso. Teorías sociológicas, psicológicas y antropológicas con perspectiva crítica dan cuenta de ellas. Se atiende al viraje desde el alumno de la escuela panóptica que augura corrección y detección temprana del delito al alumno actual que aparece como parte de una construcción histórico-social. It is considered his theoretical arguments and the educational’s politics.Since this perspective, the criminality in the first period is throught as a probable and future phenomenon that attends the weak person in the educational’s language. It is analysed since the eugenics, the anthropometry, the degeneracy and the positive’s and criminological’s theories. In our days, the school’s violences’s Concepts, are treatments in the urgency’s time in adittion with another problematics that it mentioned in the sociological, psychological and anthropologic’s teories since the critical’s perspective. In this work it is important the change since the panoptical’s school that showns the importance of the correction and this early detection’s crime to the current pupil who appears as part of a historicalsocial construction.
