El presente trabajo se propone articular ciertas nociones teóricas a partir de la observación de ciertas instituciones de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, dedicadas al tratamiento de pacientes con consumo problemático de drogas. En este camino, se intenta dejar planteada la noción del adicto como una subjetividad socialmente instituida, la cual ha ido modificándose a lo largo de la historia. De este modo, se busca indagar acerca de la concepción del adicto que cada dispositivo terapéutico tiene. Estas definiciones permitirán estudiar las diversas formas de tratamiento presente en cada institución. Finalmente, se dejará formulada la hipótesis de que cada uno de los establecimientos, con sus distintas modalidades, produce una ruptura con un tipo de goce fijo característico de la adicción. A partir de este planteo, buscaremos dilucidar las dificultades que se presentan en las instituciones en el intento de romper con este tipo de subjetividad, así como la paradójica reproducción de la misma. Palabras clave Adicción Subjetividad Instituciones Rupturas ABSTRACT ADDICTIONS: THE RUPTURES OF THE INSTITUTIONS The purpose of this paper is to present a certain number of theoretical notions taken from the perspective of a series of field studies performed in the city of Buenos Aires. The focus of these studies was on problematic drug use. In this regard, this work will aim to illustrate the notion of addiction as a type of socially constructed subjectivity which has been progressively modified throughout history. Thus, this short paper will seek to inquire into the manner in which the conception of addiction is defined within each method of therapy performed in each institution. These definitions allow us, in turn, to study the various forms of treatment present in each of these institutions. Lastly, this paper hypothesizes that each of the various institutions studied can lead to a rupture of a type of fixed enjoyment which is characteristic to addiction. In this manner, this work will try to bring to light the difficulty that each institution faces in breaking this socially constructed subjectivity whilst, paradoxically, they are responsible for maintaining the very production of this subjectivity.
