El presente es heredero de un tiempo pasado que dejó sus marcas, tanto a nivel social como también individual. Nuestra subjetividad es la materialización a nivel individual de este pasado. Los discursos de los medios de comunicación, las discusiones en los almuerzos familiares y las charlas en el almacén, es decir, los debates en los ámbitos de la vida cotidiana, son la objetivación de una historia que se hace presente constantemente. En el presente trabajo tomaremos como tema central algunos proyectos de ley recientes relacionados al servicio militar y la “inseguridad” analizando, no solo los discursos de quienes las proponen, sino también algunos comentarios (extraídos de diarios online) de ciudadanos que opinan sobre este tema. Finalizaremos este trabajo con algunas opiniones y conclusiones que pudimos visualizar a partir del análisis realizado de la información expuesta. The discourse of the media, discussions in family brunch and long chats at the market, ie, discussions in daily life environments, are the objectification of a history that becomes constantly actual. In this paper we will focus on some bills related to military service and “insecurity” analyzing not only the discourse of those who propose them, but also comments (from online journals) of citizens who make judgment about this issue. We will be closing this paper with some opinions and conclusions that we have been able to reach thanks to the proper analysis of the exposed information. Key words Military Service Fear Insecurity
