Se presentan aquí algunas reflexiones que surgieron a partir del ingreso de una niña a tratamiento psicopedagógico grupal, en el Servicio de Psicopedagogía Clínica, Facultad de Psicología, UBA. Si el tratamiento siempre invita a profundizar las hipótesis diagnósticas, en este caso la interrogación y la necesidad de revisión estuvieron más presentes, por la inquietante diferencia entre el diagnóstico y el tratamiento. Juliana, de 6 años, trabajó en el diagnóstico individual, entró en transferencia con la terapeuta. Si bien muy defendida, pudo desplegar lo propio con disposición y atención. En el tratamiento, no puede permanecer sentada, le resulta muy difícil relacionarse con sus nuevos compañeros, agrede verbal o corporalmente, los provoca con gestos o palabras con fuerte tono sexual. Predomina un despliegue pulsional intenso, agresividad, inquietud, enojo, excitación. Aspectos de la clínica invitan a repensar cuestiones teóricas desde donde mirar el caso clínico. Estas diferencias ¿implican cambios de la niña al ingresar al tratamiento? ¿o se visualizaron otros aspectos que al estar en una relación dual con un adulto no llegaron a manifestarse? ¿Cómo pensar la dimensión intersubjetiva y sus límites con la dimensión intrapsíquica, en contextos de diagnóstico y tratamiento, en relación con un adulto y con otros pares? THE INTERSUBJECTIVE AND THE INTRAPSYCHIC Presented here are some observations that emerged from the admission of a girl to groupal psychopedagogical treatment in the Clinical Psychology Department of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Buenos Aires. If treatment always invites further diagnostic hypotheses, in this case the question and the need for revise were more present, because of the disturbing gap between diagnosis and treatment. Juliana, age 6, worked on individual diagnosis, entered into transfer with the therapist. Although heavily defended, she could display likewise with willingness and attention. During the treatment, she cannot remain seated, finds it very difficult to relate to her new mates, and provokes them with gestures or words with strong sexual overtones. An intense instinctual display prevails, aggressiveness, restlessness, anger, excitement. Aspects of the clinic invite to rethink theoretical questions from which to look the clinical case. These differences involve changes of the girl when she enters the treatment, or were other aspects visualised that when being in a dual relationship with an adult failed to manifest? How to think the intersubjective dimension and its limits with an intrapsychic dimension, in the context of diagnosis and treatment, in relation to an adult and to other peers?
