Hoy no es suficiente plantear que los niños afectados por la apropiación en el marco del plan sistemático del terrorismo de Estado ya son mayores responsables ante la ley. Esa mera descripción podría suponer que la única modificación ha sido el paso del tiempo, expresada en una suerte de evolución etaria per se, que empujaría a desconocer que el contexto social también ha sido afectado. No sólo por los distintos avatares que la historia podrá ilar, también por la propia acción de aquellos que habiendo recuperado su identidad entraman en lo social la voz que retorna de una desaparición fallida y han podido aportar un nuevo sentido a la búsqueda de los que aún restan detrás del espejo, sin acceso al reflejo que los reconozca. El presente trabajo, reúne un conjunto de interrogantes organizados en el campo de la (bio)ética en el marco de la Declaración UNESCO (2005) y el desarrollo de los análisis que soportan sus argumentos en la teoría psicoanalítica articulada a la filosofía política. Palabras clave Apropiación Restitución Ética Bioética ABSTRACT QUESTIONS ON THE CURRENT CONDITIONS IN THE RESTITUTION OF IDENTITY IN CASES OF APPROPRIATION Today it is not sufficient to support that the children affected by the appropriation in the frame of the systematic plan of the terrorism of State are already major persons in charge in the eyes of the law. This mere description might suppose that the unique modification has been the passage of time, expressed in a sort of evolution achieved by the age per se, that would not push to know that the social context also has been affected. Not only for the different vicissitudes that the history will be able to tie. Also for the action of those that, having recovered their identity, interweave in social life the voice that comes back from a failed disappearance and could have contributed with a new sense to the search of those who still remain behind the mirror, without access to the reflection that recognizes them. The present work, brings together a set of questions organized in the field of the (bio)ethics in the frame of the Declaration UNESCO (2005) and the development of the analyses that support its arguments in the psychoanalytic theory articulated to the political philosophy.
