El artículo se circunscribe a los resultados y conclusiones de la primera fase de la investigación “La violencia entre pares: influencia de las relaciones entre docentes y familias de alumnos de escuelas de educación media”, becada por el C.I.U.N.R: lectura, comprensión y análisis de bibliografía sobre la temática. Se vale de autores de diversas disciplinas: sociología, filosofía, historia, pedagogía, psicoanálisis y se basa en una metodología cualitativa. Las escuelas se presentan actualmente de un modo fragmentado, debiendo cada cual crear y recrear sus propias reglas de funcionamiento. Igualmente cada docente debe reinventar su tarea y validar su autoridad cada día. Lo mismo ocurre con la institución familia. Esto crea un nuevo tipo de lazo social y el tratamiento de los otros según un “molde prefabricado y viejo” provoca violencia. Queda como tarea inmediata de esta investigación indagar sobre las relaciones familia-escuela y su posible influencia sobre la violencia entre pares. This article refers to the results and conclusions of the first phase of the research “Violence among students: influence of relationships between teachers and high school students´ families”, awarded by the C.I.U.N.R: reading, understanding and analyzing of literature on the subject. It´s based on authors from various disciplines: sociology, philosophy, history, pedagogy, psychoanalysis and it´s based on a qualitative methodology. Schools are currently somewhat fragmented and each one must create and recreate its own rules of operation. Also each teacher must reinvent their task and validate their authority every day. The same applies to the family institution. This creates a new type of social bond and treating each other according to a “mold precast and old” leads to violence. It´s immediate tasking about relations family-school and its possible influence on violence among pairs. Key words Violence School Relationships school-families
