Este trabajo retoma la investigación efectuada en un trabajo de tesis, el cual indaga en las experiencias de jóvenes que han atravesado discontinuidades escolares, por repetición o abandono, y retoman la escolaridad en el marco de un formato alternativo de política de inclusión educativa. La investigación se enmarca en una convergencia entre los enfoques socioculturales y una aproximación etnográfica. El enfoque biográfico es un aporte central para la comprensión de las explicaciones que los jóvenes ofrecen de sus discontinuidades y los motivos para retomar la escolaridad. Palabras clave Trayectorias Subjetividad Enfoques Etnográficos ABSTRACT A LOOK INTO THE INTERMITTENT CAREERS OF STUDENTS FROM THE JUNCTURE OF EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY AND THE ETHNOGRAPHIC PERSPECTIVE OF EDUCATIONAL ANTHROPOLOGY This study goes into the cases of young men and women who have gone through discontinuities in their education, either because they have dropped out of school or they have repeated the year, and they go back to school thanks to an alternative education policy that fosters inclusion, developed by the government of Buenos Aires City. This piece of work analyzes the characteristics of the project that gives these people the chance to have a different school experience. Throughout this research, a sociocultural approach and an ethnographic one merge together. The biographical approach plays a central role in the understanding of the explanations these young men and women offer for their discontinuities and for returning to school.
