Este artículo se inscribe en el marco del proyecto de investigación Cuestiones éticas de la psicología en el ámbito jurídico y otros contextos institucionales. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo en base a una investigación cuali-cuantitativa (Proyecto UBACyT 2010-2012, 2002 0090200148, Directora: Prof. Gabriela Z. Salomone). Aquí nos proponemos reflexionar sobre la práctica del psicólogo en el ámbito educacional, cuando éste es convocado para realizar integraciones escolares. A modo de una primera aproximación a la temática, en el presente trabajo nos interesa delimitar ciertos aspectos que configuran este rol, a la vez que articularlo con la noción de “función”, concepto elaborado desde una perspectiva ética enlazada a la responsabilidad. Esto nos permitirá recortar ciertas problemáticas éticas que surgen para el psicólogo involucrado en esta práctica. Nuestro recorte versará sobre los casos de integración escolar en el ámbito educativo privado correspondientes al Nivel Inicial, en el área de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Para eso, nos serviremos de algunas viñetas a partir de las cuales intentaremos poner de relieve las problemáticas éticas del psicólogo a la vez que argumentar y sostener el valor de esta práctica y de la participación del psicólogo en ella. In this opportunity we intend to reflect upon the practice of the psychologists within the educational field, when these professionals are requested to participate in the practice of school integrations. In the approach to this theme, we are interested in specifying some aspects that contribute to conceptualize this role and to articulate it with the concept of “function”. This concept has been constructed within an ethical perspective, bounded to the notion of responsibility. Thus, we will define some ethical problems that arise to the psychologists involved in the practice of school integrations. We will focus on the practice of school integration within the private educational field, in the Initial Level, in the area of Buenos Aires City. We will consider some situations extracted from the practice from which we will highlight the ethical problems for the psychologists. We will also support the idea that not only the school integrations but also the participation of psychologists is highly valuable. Key words Ethics Psychology School Integration
