Se muestran las conclusiones de varios proyectos afines UBACyT. realizados en el Instituto de Investigaciones Psicologícas. Fac. Psicología. UBA. especialmente el ultimo proyecto P07, “Trastorno antisocial en jóvenes y adultos en conflicto con la ley, potenciales psíquicos de salud y capacidad para el cambio psíquico”. El conjunto de los proyectos muestran ciertas características en los sujetos jóvenes y adultos internos estudiados en dos penitenciarías nacionales, mayoritariamente relacionadas con una disociación yoica. Se estudiaron variables para conocer la capacidad y las probabilidades de reinserción social. La investigación P07 incluyo entrevistas semidirigidas, la evaluación de los test del Árbol (Koch, 1952) y del Dibujo de la Figura Humana (Koppitz, 1968, DFH). La muestra fue comparada con población sin conflictos con la ley (PC) de igual condición educativa y nivel socioeconómico. Las variables psicológicas y sociales estudiadas se relacionan con la organización yoica, el medio ambiente y los proyectos personales. Los sustentos teóricos son los conceptos de S. Freud (1916 ,1925), Winnicott, D. 1947) y Winnicott C. (1977) y otros, tomando la Tendencia Antisocial (TA) como antecedente de la conducta antisocial y al Trastorno del Carácter como patología. Las conclusiones indican la importancia de tratar este problema en forma temprana antes que la conducta antisocial confiera sus beneficios. P07 especially the last project, “Antisocial Disorder in Young People and Adults in Conflict with the Law, Potential Mental Health and Mental Capacity for Change.” All the projects show certain characteristics of subjects studied youth and adult inmates in two national penitentiaries. It was mostly a profile of traits related to a dissociation ego. We studied a group of variables to determine the capacity and the chances of social reintegration. P07research included semi-structured interviews, assessment of the test tree (Koch, 1952) and Drawing the Human Figure (Koppitz, 1968, DFH). The sample was compared with people without conflicts with the law (PC) of equal educational and socio economic status. The psychological and social variables studied are related to the ego organization, environment and personal ambitions. The theoretical underpinnings are the concepts of S. Freud (1916, 1925), Winnicott, D. 1947) and Winnicott C. (1977) and others, taking the Trend Antisocial (TA) as background to the antisocial behavior and the Disorder of the Character as pathology.
