El presente trabajo está basado en una presentación de enfermos presenciada durante la cursada de la materia Clínica de Adultos, Cátedra 1 de la Facultad de Psicología, UBA, en el transcurso del Primer Cuatrimestre de 2009. A lo largo del presente trabajo me propongo realizar una articulación teórico - clínica que permita al lector interrogarse sobre las dificultades de realizar un diagnóstico psiquiátrico, sobre todo cuando la estructura no está del todo clara. Ejemplificaré el desarrollo con una paciente a quién denominaré I; quién al momento de la entrevista que presencié se atendía por consultorios externos del Hospital Neuropsiquiatrico Braulio Moyano, siguiendo un tratamiento ambulatorio. La paciente fue derivada por su psiquiatra tratante ya que tenía una duda diagnostica. Intentaré realizar un diagnóstico diferencial entre Psicosis y Neurosis, aunque considero fundamental tener en cuenta, que con el material obtenido en una sola entrevista resultará un poco difícil poder concretar dicho objetivo en su totalidad. Throughout this paper I intend to make a theoretical articulation - clinic that allows the reader wonder about the difficulties of making a psychiatric diagnosis, especially when the structure is not entirely clear. Thus, I develop with a patient whom I shall call it, who at the time of the interview I witnessed was attended by the Neuropsychiatric Hospital outpatient Braulio Moyano, following outpatient treatment. The patient was referred by her treating psychiatrist and diagnosed that I had a doubt. Try to make a differential diagnosis between psychosis and neurosis, but I think essential to note that the material obtained in a single interview will be a little difficult to realize this objective in its entirety.
