El espacio de la urgencia psiquiátrica constituye en sí mismo un desafío para todo tipo de tratamiento que se interrogue sobre la subjetividad. En esta comunicación, presentaremos un nuevo dispositivo creado en la ciudad de Lille, Francia, para atender los pedidos de consulta psiquiátrica formulados por los distintos actores sociales en relación con la salud mental y por los habitantes en general. Nos concentraremos, en el cuestionamiento que surgió a lo largo de la creación del proyecto, acerca de la noción de “urgencia” y de la consideración del paciente en su particularidad. En este sentido, los organizadores del Centro previeron explícitamente un espacio de reflexión clínica reservado a los miembros del equipo coordinado por un psicoanalista externo al mismo.Partiendo del marco conceptual del psicoanálisis, nos concentraremos sobre la cuestión de la “urgencia” para interrogar la función y la operatividad del dicho espacio de reflexión clínica. La discusión se desarrollará en términos de emergencia subjetiva posible - emergencia del sujeto y no de la subjetividad - a partir de consideraciones espacio-temporales (lugares y posiciones/ anticipación y retroacción) y de vínculo (relación al Otro/otro/institución) Palabras clave Urgencia Sujeto Límite Psicoanálisis ABSTRACT FROM EMERGENCY TO EMERGENCE. THE OTHER SCENE AS A NECESSARY CONDITION FOR THE RAISING OF THE SUBJECT The background of psychiatry emergencies offers in itself a challenge for any type of treatment that questions the subjectivity. In this communication, we will present a new structure created in Lille, France, to satisfy the requests of psychiatric consultation formulated by the different social actors in the area of Mental Health and by the public in general. We will discuss the questions that arose all along the creation of the project, about the notion of “urgency” and how to take into account the patient’s particularity. With this purpose the organizers of the Center conceived explicitly a clinical reflection setting reserved to the members of the team, coordinated by an external psychoanalyst. Starting from the conceptual frame of psychoanalysis, we study the question of the “emergency” to interrogate the function and the potentiality of the above mentioned clinical reflection setting. The discussion will be developed in terms of possible subjective emergence - emergence of the subject and not of subjectivity - applying spatio-temporal considerations (places/positions, anticipation/retroaction) and relationship considerations (relation to the other/the Other/ the institution).
