INTRODUCCIÓN: Determinar las funciones en una constelación familiar dis-funcional puntualizando la conflictiva desde las coordenadas del Movimiento y la Dificultad definidas en el Seminario X de Jacques Lacan. OBJETIVOS: Identificar y analizar variables que intervienen en el tratamiento. Sistematizar formas de interpretación y posibilidades de encausar una construcción adecuada. Normalizar usos psicológicos para prevención y tratamiento. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: Viñeta Clínica. Paciente de 24 años. Sexo masculino. Sufre una crisis cuando su esposa cursa embarazo de cuatro meses. RESULTADOS: Aunque después de seis meses de tratamiento deja de beber, todavía no tiene un lugar masculino posible: aún se muestra sumiso y temeroso, sin poder enfrentar totalmente el universo femenino-familiar que lo rodea. CONCLUSIONES: La rectificación subjetiva como historización propia se ha dado por la intervención psicoanalítica que es el significante enigmático que abre la pregunta sobre el deseo, al permitirle al sujeto una nueva posición en el lenguaje. CLINICAL VIGNETTE INTRODUCTION: Determine the roles in a dysfunctional family constellation specifying the conflict from the coordinates of the Movement and the Difficulty defined in the Jacques Lacan`s Seminar X. OBJECTIVES: Identify and analyze variables involved in the treatment. Systematise ways of interpretation and possibilities to channel a suitable construction. Standardize psychological uses for prevention and treatment. MATERIAL AND METHOD: Clinical Vignette. Male patient aged 24. Suffers a crisis when his wife attends four months pregnant. RESULTS: Although after six months of treatment he stops drinking, he doesn`t have a possible male place: still shows himself submissive and fearful, unable to face the female-familiar universe that surrounds him. CONCLUSIONS: The subjective rectification as own historicizing will be given by the psychoanalytic intervention which is the enigmatic signifier that opens the question about the desire, by allowing the subject a new position in language.
