El impacto producido a nivel sanitario entre la hegemonía del tutelaje del niño incapaz, y un nuevo escenario en el cual comienza a hablarse de los derechos que competen al niño, con las consecuentes responsabilidades que se le asignará al adulto, hace necesario notar la presencia actual de ciertas practicas de aislamiento y encierro todavía sostenidas. Dicha situación, aparece velada por diversos discursos: discursos que hablan de una supuesta inclusión del niño en la cultura, pero que en la realidad lo confinan a instituciones totales, o donde el niño pasa gran parte del día aislado, siendo tratados con métodos que refuerzan sus limitaciones. Las particularidades de estos ámbitos muestran crudamente cómo la ruptura del tejido social agudiza la dificultosa inclusión de estos sujetos, mas allá de los enunciados a favor de la atención integral del niño y su familia. Consideramos que, la concepción que se sostenga en relación a los logros obtenidos en los tratamientos con estos niños, tendrá incidencia directa en la oferta social a realizar. Es por ello que creemos necesario re-evaluar la concepción de lo terapéutico, y en esa dirección sostendremos nuestra investigación. Palabras Clave autismo resultados terapéuticos psicoanálisis Abstract CHILDHOOD AUTISM: THE THERAPEUTIC RESULTS OF PSYCHOANALYSIS The impact produced at a sanitary level between the hegemony of teaching the disable children, and a new scenario in which a discussion starts about the children rights, with the consequent responsibilities for the adults, makes necessary to notice that certain practices of isolation and confinement of the different children are still there in a lot of cases where the difference is a product of a disability, or a social problem. This situation appears in different speeches: speeches about a supposed inclusion of these kids to culture, but only leads them to confinement in total institutions or where the kid spends most of the day isolated or being treated in ways that only reinforce there limitations. The characteristics of these institutions show crudely the social rupture that only makes more difficult the inclusion of the subjects, beyond the statements in favor of the attention to the kid and his family. We consider that the conception that remains regarding the achievements on treatments with these kids will have direct influence on the social offer that they get. For that we believe it’s necessary to reevaluate the conception of therapy, and that will be the cornerstone of our investigation. Key words Autism therapeutic results psychoanalysis
