Este trabajo presenta algunos avances de un estudio exploratorio en torno a los efectos subjetivos que generan los procesos migratorios en estudiantes universitarios que cursan en la UNR. En este trabajo se analizan los registros obtenidos a través de grupos focales con alumnos del 1º año de la carrera de Psicología en el transcurso del año 2004. El objetivo de esta investigación es indagar motivos, fantasías y expectativas que determinaron el “moving” hacia la ciudad de Rosario con el propósito de estudiar Psicología; las significaciones sobre el proceso que están transitando en sus vidas, los diversos modos de afrontar la inclusión en un espacio urbano diferente y los efectos subjetivos e intersubjetivos en los vínculos previos (padres, amistades, etc.) y en la construcción de nuevos lazos. In this case, the study analyzes focus group’s registers of students at their first year of Psychology Studies during year 2004.
