El presente trabajo intenta construir, desde una perspectiva multidisciplinar, algunas categorías que permitan dar cuenta de dos procesos: por un lado, la llamada crisis de las identidades sociales en general, y por el otro, la posibilidad de reconstrucción de identidades sociales en un marco signado por la contingencia e impredecibilidad propias del actual contexto. Dada la amplitud de este campo de problematización realizaremos un recorte circunscribiendo el segundo punto al análisis los procesos de construcción o (re)construcción de formas identitarias al interior de las denominadas “fábricas recuperadas” en nuestro país, tomando el análisis de un caso. En cuanto al abordaje teórico, prestaremos especial atención a la bibliografía que retoma la problemática identitaria en relación al mundo del trabajo y a la crisis particular de éste. La perspectiva metodológica utilizada se enmarca en la investigación activa-participación (Montero, 2003), si bien el la presente comunicación no se traslucen todos los avances del campo y se centra en la articulación posible entre las categorías analíticas y un caso. Given the amplitude of this field of questions we will make a cut having circumscribed the second point to the analysis of the processes of construction or (re)construction of identity forms t inside of the so called “recovered factories” in our country, basing the analysis on a case. As far as the theoretical boarding we will pay special attention to the bibliography that retakes the identity problematic related to the labor world and to the particular crisis of this one. Our methodological perspective is framed in the active research-participation (Montero, 2003 ), even though the present communication does not show all the advances obtained in the field and it is centered in the possible joint between analytical categories and a case.
