Marco teórico: Este trabajo tiene como marco teórico los conceptos psicoanalíticos Freudianos que articulan el cuerpo y lenguaje. Las publicaciones de autores post freudianos de orientación psicodinámica que han influido en la práctica clínica y la investigación psicosomática, especialmente en el campo de la dermatología. Objetivos: Brindar información y definir variables intervinientes en la consulta y el seguimiento dermatológico de pacientes que consultan en el servicio de dermatología del Hospital Muñiz. Métodos: Observando las entrevistas de admisión de trabajo interdisciplinario del Servicio de dermatología del Hospital F. Muñiz y brindando supervisiones clínicas. Junto con los profesionales actuantes se procedió a registrar, clasificar y estandarizar las intervenciones de los profesionales intervinientes y las manifestaciones conductuales y verbales de los pacientes en el seguimiento del tratamiento como en la consulta. Se analiza la relación médico paciente, la relación psicólogo paciente y las conductas y fantasías que influyen la búsqueda de la salud. Conclusiones: Todas las enfermedades dermatológicas, ya sean autoproducidas, causadas por agentes externos o predisposición genética tienen una historia “detrás”. Esta historia debe ser escuchada por ambos, dermatólogo/a y psicólogo/a en un enfoque interdisciplinario que permita ayudar mejor al paciente a superar su enfermedad o a convivir con ella.
