El presente trabajo, se enmarca en el proyecto UBACyT de investigación clínica: “Diferencias diagnósticas entre ansiedad, angustia y pánico: su inferencia clínica”. Consideramos pertinente establecer una diferenciación entre estos tres afectos que se presentan en la clínica. Se observa que, desde los diferentes paradigmas, no se delimitan claramente esas diferencias. Puede sostenerse que ansiedad, angustia y pánico o terror, son tres afectos de diferente estofa. Los manuales de diagnóstico y tratamiento de los trastornos mentales, los incluyen en el gran capítulo de los trastornos de ansiedad. Nuestra hipótesis es que hay diferencias fenomenológicas y metapsicológicas; delimitarlas, permitiría a su vez orientarnos en la dirección de la cura. Nuestro marco teórico es psicoanalítico. En él existen conceptos fundamentales cómo pulsión, transferencia y represión, que nos pueden servir de apoyatura para ir delimitando estas diferencias. Desarrollamos el inicio de esta exploración articulándola con el concepto de transferencia. Los textos de Freud y Lacan son una fuente indispensable para el trabajo, la metapsicología freudiana y el punto de vista económico de la teoría psicoanalítica, junto con el estatuto de “afecto verdadero” que Lacan ha ubicado respecto de la angustia, sitúan un punto de partida fundamental para llevar adelante la presente tarea. Palabras clave Angustia - Ansiedad - Pánico - Transferencia ABSTRACT THE TRANSFERENCE AND ITS VICISSITUDES IN COMPLEX CLINICAL PRESENTATIONS This work is part of the UBACyT clinical research project: “Diagnostic differences between anxiety, anguish and panic: their clinical inference.” We consider it pertinent to establish a differentiation between these three affections that occur in the clinic. From the different paradigms, these differences are not clearly delimited. We can maintain that anxiety, anguish and panic or terror are three affections of different types. The diagnosis and treatment manuals for mental disorders include them in the large chapter of anxiety disorders. Our hypothesis is that there are phenomenological and metapsychological differences between them; delimiting them would in turn allow us to guide us in the direction of the cure. Our theoretical framework is psychoanalytic. Within psychoanalysis there are fundamental concepts such as drive, transference and repression, which allow us to bound these differences. We develop the beginning of this exploration, articulating it with the concept of transfer. The texts of Freud and Lacan are an indispensable source for the work, Freudian metapsychology and the economic point of view of psychoanalytic theory, together with the status of “true affect” that Lacan has placed relating to anguish, establish a point of fundamental departure to carry out the present task.
