Este texto se enmarca dentro de la Practica Profesional Intervenciones psicoanalíticas con jóvenes en situación de vulnerabilidad. Formo parte del Equipo de Interconsulta Infanto Juvenil dentro del Equipo de Niños de un Hospital General de Agudos de CABA . Las IC se llevan a cabo a partir de la demanda del Servicio de Pediatría de dicho Hospital. A su vez, se trabaja de manera articulada con Servicio Social y otros servicios e instituciones dependiendo de la IC solicitada. Las pensamos como una modalidad distinta a la de un tratamiento psicológico por consultorios externos, ya que puede presentar características inherentes respecto del tiempo de intervención, porque puede iniciarse y finalizarse en ese mismo día, como también puede consistir en escuchar al médico y ayudarlo a pensar acerca de la situación que llevó a demandar dicha IC, sin mantener una entrevista con el paciente. En este trabajo pensaremos el juego como una herramienta subjetiva en el tiempo de una internación de un niño, niña y adolescente en la sala de pediatría, a partir de exponer un caso de un joven en situación de vulnerabilidad de derechos. Palabras clave Interdisciplina - Interconsulta - Juego - Internacion ABSTRACT PLAYING AT THE PEDIATRIC SERVICE This text is part of a practice “Psychoanalytic interventions with young people in vulnerable situations” I am a member of the Child and Youth Interdisciplinary team within the Children’s team of a General Acute Hospital in CABA. The interdisciplinary consultations arise from the demand of the Pediatric Service of this Hospital. At the same time, we work with the Social Service and other services and institutions according to the characteristics on the requested interdisciplinary consultations. These are thought of as a different modality from psychological treatment by outpatient clinics, since they have their own characteristics: in terms of intervention time, they can begin and end during the same day and sometimes it may involve listening to the doctors and helping them reflect about the situation that led to requesting the Interdisciplinary Consultation without interviewing the patients directly). In the current discussion, we propose to incorporate playing as a subjective construction resource during the hospitalization of children and adolescents within de pediatric clinic.
