La cuestión del Padre siempre resultó enigmática para la teoría psicoanalítica, en tanto, no podría precisarse qué atributos debería poseer el padre para garantizar la inscripción de la ley que prohíbe incesto y parricidio. Para articular la cuestión del Padre como transmisor de filiación y genealogía y cuáles las consecuencias psíquicas de ello, se abordará el relato de una mujer que inicia un juicio civil para quitarse el apellido paterno y agregar el materno. Hija de un secuestrador y torturador en el último golpe de Estado. Luego que su padre fue indultado y justificado por el Estado bajo las leyes de Punto Final y Obediencia Debida, junto a su terapéutica toma la difícil decisión de llevar adelante un juicio por cambios de apellidos. Relata: “Soy la hija de un torturador, quiero terminar con este linaje de muertes, porque no acepto ser la heredera de todo ese horror, los apellidos son símbolos y el mío es uno muy oscuro, lleno de sangre y dolor, quiero desafiliarme del horror que mi padre representa” El presente trabajo indagará cuáles pueden llegar a ser las consecuencias psíquicas de portar un apellido donde se intenta poner distancia al horror que produce su filiación y genealogía.
