El objetivo general de la investigación fue describir y analizar los obstáculos y facilitadores en las prácticas de IVE en el primer nivel de atención en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires [CABA] en el 2023, desde la perspectiva de los profesionales del equipo de salud. Los objetivos específicos fueron caracterizar las prácticas, y describir y analizar tanto los obstáculos como los facilitadores de éstas. Desde un enfoque cualitativo descriptivo, se analizaron 5 entrevistas realizadas a profesionales de salud de equipos de IVE-ILE del primer nivel de atención. Los resultados indican que las prácticas de los equipos se corresponden con la normativa de la ley 27.610. A nivel obstáculos, la sobrecarga y el subfinanciamiento transversal al sistema de salud condicionan significativamente las prácticas. Además, se destaca la obstrucción de las prácticas por parte de profesionales objetores de conciencia. Por su parte, la ley 27.610, en conjunto con la legitimación social de los últimos años, se configuran como facilitadores importantes en las prácticas de IVE en el primer nivel. The specific objectives included characterizing the practices, as well as describing and analyzing both obstacles and facilitators in CABA during this period. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to conduct and analyze five interviews with healthcare professionals from pregnancy termination teams at the primary care level. The results indicate that the teams’ practices are in accordance with the regulations of Law 27.610. Key obstacles identified include the overload and underfunding of the public healthcare system, which significantly impact practices.Additionally, the obstruction of practices by conscientious objector professionals is notable. On the other hand, Law 27.610, along with the social legitimization achieved in recent years, serve as significant facilitators in the implementation of VTP practices at the primary care level.
