“Entrevistas a padres” es una investigación descriptiva y exploratoria, que se llevará cabo en el Servicio de Consultorios Externos de Salud Mental del Hospital Piñero y tendrá una duración de un año. Tiene como finalidad investigar acerca de la especificidad de las llamadas entrevistas a padres, en el marco del tratamiento de niños y adolescentes, y describir los puntos de obstáculos que encuentran los psicólogos y psiquiatras en las mismas. Freud destaca las dificultades, el obstáculo clínico, que puede implicar la presencia real de los padres en el tratamiento de un niño y orienta respecto de que no será posible o incluso conveniente dejarlos por fuera. En sus palabras: “suele ser necesario aunar al análisis del niño algún influjo analítico sobre sus progenitores” (1933, 136). Podríamos decir entonces, que para este autor, las entrevistas a padres constituyen un dispositivo del tratamiento con niños y adolescentes mediante el cual se busca producir algún influjo analítico sobre los padres. Este influjo fue interpretado, por psicólogos y psiquiatras, de distintas maneras. En este trabajo presentaremos el proyecto de investigación y precisaremos el marco teórico del mismo, haciendo hincapié en las siguientes nociones: entrevistas a padres, obstáculo, secreto profesional y consentimiento. Palabras clave Entrevistas a padres, Obstáculo, Secreto profesional, Consentimiento ABSTRACT PARENT INTERVIEWS ‘Parent interviews’ is a descriptive and exploratory inquiry, being held in the outpatients service for mental health in the Piñero hospital for the term of one year. Its goal is to research into the specifics of the so called parent interviews during a child or adolescent treatment and describe the obstacles psychologists and psychiatrists find during those interviews. Freud highlights the difficulties, the clinical obstacle that the actual presence of the parents may imply in the treatment of a child and tell us that is not going to be possible or even convenient to left the parents in the dark. In his words: “Is often necessary to add an analytic influx upon the parents in the analysis of the child.” (1933, 136).We could say that, for this author, the parent interviews constitute a device in the child or adolescent treatment that will try to produce a certain analytic influx upon the parents.This influx was interpreted in different ways by psychologist and psychiatrists. In this paper we will present our research project and we will establish the theoretical framework for it, making emphasis in the following concepts: parent interviews, obstacle, professional secrecy and consent.
