En el presente trabajo nos proponemos pensar un modo de abordaje singular de recepción de la demanda y el tratamiento de la urgencia subjetiva. Para ello, expondremos la experiencia del Dispositivo de Orientación, espacio que hace más de una década lleva adelante el equipo de psicoanalistas de Consultorios Externos del Hospital J.T. Borda.
