A lo largo de estas páginas exploraremos la afirmación de Lacan, correspondiente a El Seminario 7. La Ética del Psicoanálisis. En sus páginas, el autor propone que el sujeto sólo puede ser culpables de no haber actuado conforme al deseo. En primer lugar, situaremos algunas precisiones que nos permiten distinguir al auto-reproche del sentimiento inconsciente de culpa. En segundo lugar, daremos cuenta del recorrido por los dos seminarios inmediatamente anteriores –Seminario 5 y 6- que conducen a Lacan a formular esta afirmación. Por último, realizaremos una ejemplificación de esto a partir del personaje shakesperiano: el príncipe Hamlet indagando los diversos motivos que inhiben su acto. This ethics of psychoanalysis. Within its pages, the author suggest that the subject can only be guilty of not acting according to his desire. Firstly, we are going to place some accuracies which let us differentiate the self-reproach regarding the unconscious feeling of guilt. In the second place, we are going to explain the way along the two seminars just previous to the one mentioned above –seminars 6 and 7- which lead Lacan to formulate this state tment. Finally, we are going to illustrate that from the Shakespearian character: Prince Hamlet, looking for the various reasons which inhibit his act. Key words The unconscious feeling of guilt, Act, Desire
