Esta investigación se orienta al estudio de casos en psicoanálisis. Las publicaciones de casos tienen un rol central en la conformación y transmisión de esta disciplina. Nuestro estudio se centra en las características del discurso del paciente que encontramos en las publicaciones de estos casos. Nos interesa el discurso capturado, transcripto, tal como trasciende en las publicaciones. Se estudiarán dos factores: diagnóstico y escuela psicoanalítica. Nos interesa estudiar si estas transcripciones son afectadas de alguna manera por estos dos factores. Queremos indagar de qué manera un diagnóstico de histeria, neurosis obsesiva o de trastorno narcisista se refleja en las transcripciones. De la misma manera, nos interesa saber si la teoría del autor del caso tiene también incidencia en el discurso transcripto. El análisis del discurso a realizarse sobre las transcripciones atiende a las unidades narrativas diferenciando enunciados narrativos (EN), enunciado contextualizadores (EC), y comentarios afectivo-evaluativas (CAE). Comenzaremos aplicando una adaptación del esquema de análisis utilizado en nuestras investigaciones previas. Palabras clave Caso, Análisis del discurso, Escuela psicoanalítica, Diagnóstico ABSTRACT THE “CASE” IN PSYCHOANALYSIS: A TRANSCRIPT STUDY OF THE PATIENTS´ DISCOURSE ACCORDING TO DIAGNOSIS AND PYSHCOANALYTICAL SCHOOL This research focuses on the study of cases in psychoanalysis. Cases publications have a central role in the creation and transmission of this discipline. We will study the characteristics of patients’ discourse found in the publications of these cases. We are interested in the captured speech, the discourse transcribed, as It transcends through publications. Two factors will be studied: diagnosis and psychoanalytic school. We are interested in studying whether these transcripts are in some way affected by these two factors. We intend to investigate how a diagnosis of hysteria, obsessive neurosis or narcissistic pathology is reflected in the transcripts. In the same way, we want to know if the theoretical references of author of the case also have implications for the discourse transcript. Discourse analysis to be performed on transcripts addresses the narrative units, differentiating narrative tellings (NT), contextualizing statements (CS) and affective-evaluative remarks (AER).
