El presente trabajo se enmarca dentro de un proyecto de investigación que lleva por título “La noción freudiana de alteración del yo: obstáculo en la clínica”, cuyo marco teórico es psicoanalítico.Tiene por objetivo realizar una articulación teórica – conceptual entre el carácter y el superyó como alteraciones del yo, siendo que ambas son ubicadas por Freud como resistencias en “Análisis terminable e interminable” (1937). Se desplegará la noción de alteración del yo como uno de los tres factores que posibilitan la terapia analítica junto al trauma y a la intensidad de las pulsiones. Se estudiará la formación del carácter y el superyó. El carácter definido como formación cicatricial que fija la satisfacción pulsional infantil en el yo. Estas fijaciones se erigen dentro del yo como su núcleo. Es decir, el carácter es una cicatriz que recuerda la vigencia de la fijación pulsional en el yo. El superyó definido como sedimentación de identificaciones primarias de la prehistoria personal y marca de la intrusión traumática de la pulsión en el sujeto. El superyó es elevado a una de las instancias psíquicas. Este desarrollo intentará demostrar que tanto el carácter como el superyó son alteraciones del yo que resisten en la cura analítica. TWO POSSIBLE DECLINATIONS OF THE ALTERATION OF THE EGO The present work places inside a research project entitled “The Freudian notion of alteration of the ego: obstacle in the clinic “, which theoretical frame is psychoanalytic. Its aim is to make a theoretical-conceptual joint between the character and the superego as alterations of the ego, being that both are located by Freud as resistances in “Analysis terminable and interminable” (1937). The notion of alteration of the ego will be displayed as one of the three factors that make the analytical therapy possible along with the trauma and the intensity of the drives.The formation of the character and the super-ego will be studied.The character defined as a cicatricial formation that fixes the childish pulsional satisfaction in the ego. These fixings raise inside the ego as its nucleus. That is to say, the character is a scar that reminds the validity of the pulsional fixation in the ego. The super-ego defined as sedimentation of primary identifications of the personal prehistory and as a mark of the traumatic intrusion of the drive in the subject. The super-ego is raised to one of the psychic instances. This development will try to demonstrate that both the character and the super-ego are alterations of the ego, which resists in the analytical cure.
