El presente trabajo pretende examinar el concepto psicoanalítico de transferencia aportado por Sigmund Freud en la practica del acompañamiento terapéutico (A.T.), disciplina que si bien no compete solo a profesionales “psi”, es una extensión de ello en tanto auxiliar en el tratamiento de pacientes psiquiátricos como psicológicos. Para ello, abordaré la conceptualizaciones de Freud sobre la transferencia, así como también de Jaques Lacan en su escrito “la dirección de la cura y los principios de su poder”, intentando ubicar la posición del acompañante terapéutico frente a la demanda tanto del equipo interdisciplinario con quien trabaja, así como también con el lugar que este ocupa para el paciente, y si lo hay, su familia o su entorno. No obstante, se presentará una articulación con viñetas clínicas para dilucidar esta cuestión. Palabras clave A.T. transferencia, Demanda, Cura ABSTRACT THE TRANSFER IN THERAPEUTIC ACCOMPANIMENT.
