A través de esta presentación se exponen avances de un proyecto de investigación, que se propone analizar de qué manera la ley argentina de Salud Mental Nº 26.657 nos sitúa en un campo de intersecciones y tensiones respecto de la episteme psicoanalítica. En esta oportunidad, me centraré en un primer momento en aquellos acontecimientos históricos, sociales y culturales que operaron como condición de producción de dicha ley. Me situaré luego sobre lo legislado en salud mental en Argentina previo a la ley, para evaluar los cambios que la misma viene a instaurar en esta materia. Este recorrido permitirá arribar a un análisis que contextúa el paradigma transformador que esta norma viene a instituir. Reconocer como se gesta y lo que vienen a instalar la mencionada ley en el ámbito de la salud psíquica, es el punto de partida para esclarecer y reflexionar sobre los posibles puntos de encuentro y desencuentro emergentes entre el campo de la salud mental considerando desde el actual modelo legislativo y los argumentos epistémicos y clínicos donde se asientan las bases del Psicoanálisis. INCIDENTS IN THE FIELD OF THE PSYCHOANALYSIS Across this presentation there are exposed the advances of a project of investigation, which proposes to analyze intersections and tensions between what it establishes the Argentine law of mental Health and psychoanalytic episteme. In this opportunity, I will centre on the first moment on those historical, social and cultural events that operated as condition of production of the above mentioned law. I will place then on the legislated in mental health in Argentina before the law, to evaluate the changes that the same one comes to restore in this matter. This tour will allow to arrive at an analysis that contextúa the paradigm transformer that this norm comes to institute. To recognize like is in preparation and what they come to install the mentioned law in the area of the psychic health, is the point of item to dawn and to think about the possible emergent points of meeting and misunderstanding between the field of the mental health considering from the current legislative model and the arguments epistémicos and clinical where they agree the bases of the Psychoanalysis.
