El presente trabajo se enmarca en los avances del Proyecto de investigación “Aprender a vivir juntos en el ámbito educativo” (CIUNT 2014/17) y en las actividades desarrolladas a través de espacios de capacitaciones docentes (IEPA) y de formación de Psicólogos (Catedra de Psicología Educacional -F acultad de Psicología - UNT). El poster muestra la articulación de concepciones teóricas y resultados de investigación a cerca de experiencias en la formación profesional de docentes en el estudio de la convivencia escolar. La capacitación de docentes es un espacio que posibilita investigar y comprender la práctica, favoreciendo la reflexión crítica, promoviendo la re-construcción de marcos interpretativos que permiten mejorar la práctica.A nivel teórico se trabajan conceptos relacionados con la construcción de una convivencia saludable en la escuela: el cuidado del otro, el sentido de las normas y el ejercicio de la autoridad. La estrategia metodológica está orientada de acuerdo a las pautas de la investigación-acción; razón por la cuál, se emplean dispositivos narrativos como técnica de recolección de información. Los resultados muestran un movimiento institucional que tiende hacia un modelo democrático de convivencia, con tensiones y contradicciones en la propia práctica docente, que estructuran un modelo institucional en transición.
