O encontro entre a educação e a psicanálise vem sendo ampliado quando estes saberes unem seus arcabouços para auxiliar na formação do sujeito professor para melhorar a qualidade da aprendizagem do sujeito aluno, ou seja, considerar os sujeitos (professor e aluno) e suas faltas, sabendo que o resultado nunca será predeterminado. A construção da relação ensino-aprendizagem se faz, sob a luz da Psicanálise, por meio da construção da relação subjetiva professor-aluno, considerando estes atores em suas vicissitudes e desejos, sendo este o objetivo deste trabalho. Palabras clave Formação docente, Psicanálise, Subjetividade ABSTRACT TEACHER TRAINING: INTERFACE BETWEEN PSYCHOANALYSIS AND EDUCATION The meeting between education and psychoanalysis has been magnified when this knowledge unite their frameworks to assist in the formation of the subject teacher to improve the quality of the individual student learning, that is, consider the subject (teacher and student) and his faults, knowing the result is never predetermined.
