En las últimas décadas han proliferado un gran número de teorías, sobre todo del ámbito de la biología evolutiva y las ciencias cognitivas que tratan de explicar el origen altruista o egoísta de la conducta humana. Es llamativo que a pesar de tales desarrollos, todavía no se hayan implementado estrategias pedagógicas que sigan estos lineamientos teóricos, que propicien comportamientos altruistas en el sistema de educación superior en nuestro país. El objetivo del presente trabajo es dar a conocer los primeros resultados obtenidos con la implementación de la experiencia de Examen de Sistemas Cooperadores (ESC) en la cátedra de Filosofía del Instituto Universitario River Plate durante el ciclo lectivo 2015/16. Dicho sistema de evaluación se fundamenta epistemológicamente en la teoría evolutiva y consiste en un procedimiento de evaluación donde se intenta poner en juego mecanismos de identificación empática entre los alumnos de las tres comisiones del Instituto que generen conductas altruistas. Si bien los resultados son preliminares, son así mismo, alentadores ya que se han observado cuestiones como formación independiente de líderes positivos, mayor apego en el grupo, mejor organización grupal, entre otras categorías cualitativas que reflejan una puesta en práctica de conductas altruistas Palabras clave Altruismo, Empatía, Teoría evolutiva, Altruismo reciproco ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF ALTRUISTIC EDUCATION STRATEGIES In recent decades they have proliferated many theories, especially in the field of evolutionary biology and cognitive science that attempt to explain the origin of altruistic or selfish human behavior.
