Este trabajo reflexiona sobre talleres de capacitación docente realizados con aproximadamente 300 profesorxs de Nivel Inicial de la Región Educativa V, participantes del Programa Nacional de Educación Sexual Integral, el cual fundamenta la integralidad del abordaje transversal de la ESI en el entrecruzamiento de cinco ejes: perspectiva de género, respeto de los derechos, cuidado del cuerpo y la salud, valoración de la afectividad, y respeto por la diversidad. Para el abordaje de la ESI resulta fundamental que los docentes: 1) recuerden y reflexionen sobre sus propias experiencias escolares y familiares de educación sexual, 2) Conozcan cómo se desarrolla la sexualidad infantil y la identidad de género en edades tempranas, 3) visualicen las “puertas de entrada de la ESI” a las escuelas y jardines, 4) den cuenta de sus prácticas didácticas y pedagógicas en relación a ESI, y 5) articulen, interpreten y fundamenten los contenidos curriculares de ESI en términos de los ejes fundamentales de la ESI. Necesitamos enfocar la formación docente en ESI desde una Pedagogía del cuidado para respetar y poner en valor los derechos de los niñxs a educarse con libertad en relación a su sexualidad y su género, manifestar su afectividad, cuidando la salud propia y la de los otrxs. Palabras clave Educación Sexual Integral, Pedagogía del cuidado, Educación de Nivel Inicial ABSTRACT INTEGRAL SEXUAL EDUCATION AT KINDERGARTEN: TEACHER TRAINING EXPERIENCES ON PEDAGOGY OF CARE This paper reflects on teacher training workshops carried on with approximately 300 kindergarten teachers of Educational Region V, who took part of the National Program of Integral Sexual Education, which bases its integrality on the combination of five core axes: gender perspective, respect of human and social rights, care of the body and the health, valuation of affectivity, and respect for diversity. For the implementation of ISE it is fundamental that teachers: 1) they remember and meditate about their own school and family experiences of sexual education. 2) they know about the development of infantile sexuality and gender identity in early ages 3) they visualize the “doors of entrance of the ISE” to schools and kindergartens 4) they explain and plan thoroughly their didactic and pedagogic practices in relation to ISE 5) they articulate, interpret and base ISE curricular contents in terms of five fundamental ISE axes. We need to focus ISE educational formation from a Pedagogy of care in order to respect and to put in value children’s rights to be educated with freedom in relation to their sexuality and their gender, to manifest their affectivity, taking care of the own health and that of the others.
