El presente escrito interroga la intersección entre el avance tecnocientífico propuesto por las tecnologías de reproducción humana asistida (TRHA) y la incidencia del discurso psicoanalítico en dicha práctica. Siguiendo a Laurent, partimos de pensar al analista-ciudadano, partícipe de la sociedad de la que forma parte, comprometido con su saber-hacer sobre temas específicos de los que el psicoanálisis tiene algo que decir. El escrito desarrolla la noción de parentalidad interrogando la generación de hijos posibilitados por las técnicas reproductivas, a la vez que ubica allí cierto real que escapa a la gobernabilidad discursiva. La circulación sin fin de objetos que el discurso capitalista propone como maquinaria de articulación y lazo social en nuestras sociedades interroga los lugares de padre, madre e hijo que las técnicas reproductivas posibilitan. La ciencia contemporánea se mueve al ritmo del discurso capitalista, y en este movimiento elude el orden de lo imposible, dejando al gadget como único lugar posible de identificación para el sujeto consumidor. Indagaremos a través de esta perspectiva los efectos que sobre las subjetividades genera la ciencia actual. Palabras clave Psicoanálisis, Tecnologías reproductivas, Bioética, Parentalidad ABSTRACT PSYCHOANALYSIS IN THE FIELD OF ASSISTED REPRODUCTION The following paper explores the relation between the techno-scientific breakthrough proposed in the field of assisted reproduction and the influence of the psychoanalytical discourse over this practice. Following Laurent perspective, we think the psychoanalyst as the psychoanalyst-citizen; an active member of the society he lives in, and committed with his know-how on specific issues over the ones the psychoanalysis has something to say. This essay explores the notion of parenthood questioning the creation of children enable by reproductive technologies, while facing the fact of something real which cannot be capture by the discourse. The endless circulation of objects that the capitalist discourse proposes as a machinery of articulation and social bond in our societies questions the places of father, mother and son that the reproductive techniques produce. Contemporary science moves into the rhythm of capitalist discourse, and in its movement erases the order of the impossible, leaving the gadget as the only possible corner for identification of the consumer subject.
