El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar las tensiones entre los modelos de familia tradicional y los nuevos contratos amorosos. En particular, abordar el matrimonio y las parentalidades en el vínculo “homosexual” desde la perspectiva de género, considerando las posibilidades y dificultades de enunciarse como subjetividad fuera de los binomios, sin perder por ello los derechos que el Estado reconoce. Desde el exilio, por fuera de las geografías de poder hegemónicas, estos grupos logran no sólo la visibilización de un colectivo sino también el reconocimiento de sus derechos civiles, a pesar del temor a volverse “aptos” en el mismo acto. En tanto profesionales de la salud es fundamental interrogarse por los consecuentes padecimientos subjetivos y considerar que en los mismos actos de enunciación se coligen binarismos a través de los cuales seguimos pensando y confeccionando respuestas, posiblemente para evitar así la incomodidad de habitar la incertidumbre, permitiendo que sea otro el que nos re-presente y presente las posibilidades de ser, estar, permanecer juntos. Palabras clave Modelos de familia, Perspectiva de género, Padecimientos subjetivos, Profesionales de la salud ABSTRACT ACTUAL TRANSFORMATIONS IN FAMILY MODELS: AN APPROACH FROM GENDER PERSPECTIVE The following paper aims to analyze the tensions between traditional family models and new relationship contracts. In particular, focus on homosexual marriage and same-sex parenthood from a gender perspective, considering the possibilities and challenges of becoming stablished as subjectivity, outside of binary dichotomies, without jeopardazing rights the State recognizes. From exile, outside of hegemonic power geographies, they are not only able to make the world see an emerging collective but also to achieve the recognition of their civil right, all the while resisting the fear of “fittingin”. As health professionals it is essential to ask ourselves about the forthcoming subjective suffering conditions and consider that behind the acts of self-manifestation there is a clash of binary paradigms that we ourselves would keep using for sel-reflection and as made-ip answers, possibly to avoid the discomfort of inhabiting the world of uncertainty, allowing an other to be the one to present and re-resent the possibilities of being, existing, staying together.
