Esse artigo objetivou analisar e intervir no atendimento a um grupo de mulheres com doenças crônicas, no processo de internação, visando compreender a falta de humanização e a importância da intervenção psicólogo hospitalar. Visando buscar uma compreensão da Humanização Hospitalar, para ajudar e aliviar o meda e a angustia, que permeia todas as mulheres quando estão internada. Durante a pesquisa a compreensão mais relevante foi acolher num processo de intervenção, contribuindo para que haja humanização no ambiente hospitalar, bem como no tratamento de pacientes crônicos, com um olhar diferenciado, sensível e acolhedor. O sofrimento vem por parte da ausência da família, dos amigos, do ambiente de trabalho e principalmente do ambiente hospitalar. Contribuindo para a adesão ao tratamento, uma boa comunicação entre paciente e profissional e uma diminuição da visão estigmatizado do doente crônico. Essa pesquisa permitiu resgatar o papel do psicólogo hospitalar visando considerar que a Psicologia tem a finalidade de vivenciar juntamente com o paciente as inquietações e conflitos que envolvem condição do adoecimento, bem como os estágios emocionais frente a um diagnóstico de doença crônica e o processo de internação. Palabras clave Doenças Crônicas, Humanização Hospitalar, Intervenção da Psi- cologia ABSTRACT THE HUMANIZATION IN THE PROCESS OF ADMISSION OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC DISEASES: THE INTERVENTION OF PSYCHOLOGY This article aims to analyze and intervene in the care of a group of women with chronic illnesses, hospitalization process, to understand the lack of humanization and the importance of hospital psychologist intervention. Aiming to seek an understanding of Humanization hospital to help and relieve the meda and anguish that permeates all women when they are hospitalized. During the research the most important understanding was hosting an intervention process, contributing so there humanization in the hospital environment, as well as in the treatment of chronic patients, with a different look, sensitive and welcoming. Suffering comes from the absence of family, friends, work environment and especially the hospital. Contributing to treatment adherence, good communication between patient and professional and decreased stigmatized view of the chronically ill.This research allowed to rescue the role of hospital psychologist aiming consider that psychology aims to live together with the patient the concerns and conflicts involving illness condition and the emotional front stage to a diagnosis of chronic illness and the admission process.
