O presente trabalho teve por finalidade analisar como a participação da Família/ Escola/ Sociedade /Poder Público influencia o adolescente autor de ato infracional na medida socioeducativa de Liberdade Assistida. Sabemos que a adolescência é um período de mudanças biopsicossociais, onde o adolescente sofre influência direta da Família/Escola/ Sociedade/Poder Público, de acordo com o meio onde se encontra inserido, tornando-se vulnerável ou não. Minha experiência em clínica enquanto psicóloga e educadora levou-me a pesquisar a importância da Família/Escola/Sociedade/Poder Público no processo da medida socioeducativa de Liberdade Assistida imposta em casos de adolescente envolvidos em atos infracionais da mais variadas espécies. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa com pesquisa bibliográfica e estudo de casos. Concluímos que a medida sócioeducativa de liberdade assistida deve ser uma interação Família/Escola/Sociedade/ Poder Público, quando isto não ocorre nossas crianças e adolescentes ficam privados de todos os seus direitos, o que os torna vulneráveis a criminalidade e a violência de todas as instâncias.
