El presente trabajo se enmarca dentro del Proyecto de Investigación del Servicio de Salud Mental, perteneciente a la Cátedra II de Psicopatología de la UBA (PROINPSI). Se desarrollarán, desde la perspectiva del psicoanálisis lacaniano, los interrogantes alrededor del concepto de cuerpo en el campo de las psicosis. A través de la exploración bibliográfica sobre el tema, se buscará problematizar la noción de cuerpo en la esquizofrenia y la paranoia estableciendo un contrapunto entre ambas. Se partirá de la idea de que en las psicosis la constitución imaginaria del cuerpo en el estadio del espejo no está sostenida por el eje simbólico.A partir de este punto común, se intentará hacer una diferenciación del cuerpo y del lugar que tiene éste en el padecimiento y en los sìntomas de la esquizofrenia y de la paranoia, sosteniendo que no tiene el mismo valor en ambas. De esta forma se intentará arribar al planteo de qué estatuto tiene el cuerpo en ambos casos a los fines de pensar la especificidad en la dirección de la cura de los tratamientos de sujetos psicóticos en uno y otro caso. Palabras clave Cuerpo, Psicosis, Esquizofrenia, Paranoia ABSTRACT THE NOTION OF THE BODY IN PSYCHOSIS This work takes part in a Research Project in a Mental Health Service dependent of the subject Psychopathology II of UBA (PROINPSI). Developed from the perspective of Lacanian psychoanalysis, it will rise questions around the concept of the body in the field of psychosis. Through exploration of the literature on the subject, it will seek to problematize the notion of body in schizophrenia and paranoia setting a counterpoint between the two. It will be based on the idea that in psychosis the imaginary constitution of the body in the mirror stage is not supported by the symbolic axis. From this common point, it will seek to differentiate the body and the place that it has in the condition and symptoms of schizophrenia and paranoia, claiming it does not have the same value in both. In this way, defining what status has the body in both cases in order to think the specificity in the direction of the treatment of psychotic subjects in one and the other case.
