Este artículo se propone indagar acerca de qué tiene el psicoanálisis para aportar en el abordaje de las presentaciones clínicas contemporáneas. En primer lugar se describe la clínica psicoanalítica una vez instalado el sujeto supuesto al saber que favorece el despliegue de las formaciones del inconciente, y luego lo que se presenta como real que detiene la libre asociación y que requiere del manejo de la transferencia por parte del analista (Handlung). Apoyándose en la clínica de las psicosis se propone trazar un paralelo entre la presentación de lo real en el curso de un análisis, y aquellas presentaciones “actuales” que no se organizan según la vía de las formaciones del inconciente y en las que lo pulsional indica cierto fracaso en su anudamiento simbólico. Con el deseo del analista operando, se propicia un nuevo encuentro con aquello que irrumpe y que no se liga, abriendo nuevos caminos posibles en la dirección de una cura, por la dimensión del acto. Palabras clave Real, Deseo del analista, Transferencia, Acto ABSTRACT THE REAL INTO THE CURE This article proposes to investigate about what has psychoanalysis to contribute in the treatment of the contemporary clinical presentations. First described the analytical clinic, once installed the subject supposed to know which contributes the deployment of the formations of the unconscious, and what is presented as real, that stops free association and requires the handling of the transference by the analyst (Handlung). Relying on the psychosis clinic intends to draw the relevance between what is presented as real in the course of an analysis, and those “current” that are not organized according to the formations of the unconscious, and presentations in which drive indicates some failure in its symbolic knotting. The desire of the analyst promotes a new confluence with that which appears as unbound, opening new possible routes in the direction of a cure by the dimension of the act.
