A partir de la Nueva Ley de Salud Mental (26657) la relación de usuario de salud adquiere nuevos horizontes, tomando como fundamento las afirmaciones establecidas de los DDHH. Este trabajo tiene por propósito indagar sobre este vínculo, tomando como vector la noción de dignidad y el análisis que hacen sobre esta noción Kant y Habermas.
